Action points or willpower is one's ability to execute actions that ethier can build new habits or reduce old habits. If i have exhausted emotional energy on other unexpected events, my action points will be reduced and will not be able to be used on habit formulation. An understanding of action points is useful, for I am able to structure activities with a mind to optimizing my own learning curve. I also have the capacity to regulate my action points to eliminate self-destructive habits and create habits of authenticity and self-love.
