Our being is fundamentally composed of our experiences. When we have experiences that occur that are negative, either in our out of our control, our mind can attempt to block our the experience to protect us from negative emotions or a narrative/story that is debilitating rather than empowering. If we are able to find a means to create a story about ourselves that is empowering, we are able to still retain the meories void of negative emotional responses for our survivability.
If we are unable to find constructive meaning in all of our experiences, we will be limiting our current being to a fragmented sense of what lead us to the present. All of our time is valuable and we have the power to draw from all of it if we can find a story that connects those experiences in a positive context.
We can invert the trauma from a pressure that smothers our existence to a rock that we stand upon to create a strong identity of our past.
Oops! It's one of those situations again. Apparently, this chapter is still being researched and written. Achilles has been busy coordinating the Community Housing Program and designing the Flow Optimization consulting program. Check back soon for the completion of the first draft of this chapter!
